Grace

I am weary but can't sleep
I have what I want but not what I need
I seemed to gaze at the abyss with the least vestige of brightness
I stood there at the cliff staring at the heavenly sky but found myself lost in the ether....
At this moment of desperation and helplessness ...
As I froze to a state of void and numbness...I was transported to the realms of the completeness...
That was when the light guided me home
And led me to the path that ignited my soul...
There was no invocation..There was no prayer...
All it took was a moment of despair and the abundance of HIS grace

Gratitude

On the sands of time,
Without any rhythm or rhyme.
I write this chapter of my life,
Oblivious of any stride or strife.
Every time I breathe fresh air I count HIS blessings,
With gratitude I bend, for letting me fly with open wings.
I do not know if I deserve the Grace,
But there lies the warmth in HIS embrace.

This is my side

People will always tell you that one day ur dreams would come alive

And be blessed with the joys and happiness for which u always strived.

Be it the stars or the moon, the peak is the point that i shall always aspire

but nothing is possible, o mind, till you perspire.

People will always tell u about the other side

how the grass is greener and the sun that always shines

People will always tell u how to live ur life

My heartbeat is the only sound that you need to listen, O Mind

Thats when you shall realize that you have left the oceans behind

People will always tell you that this side has the dark shade

However, O Mind, the day u stand tall and be unafaraid

Thats the day when u say to them "this is my Side"
